Taking Account of Ourselves in Light of the Quran

In this week’s khutbah, we were reminded of the importance of self-accountability and honest reflection. The khateeb emphasized the need to regularly check ourselves — our actions, intentions, and priorities — before we are held accountable by Allah. A key part of this process is engaging with the Quran not just by reciting its verses, but by understanding their meanings and allowing them to guide our lives.
